Our Policies

Arrival:
If this is your first visit to Sas for services, please arrive 5 minutes early to provide personal and service information. This will help us focus on your personal needs.

Cancellations:
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please let us know at least 24 hours in
advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Our guarantee:
All services performed at Sas Salon are guaranteed. Our staff  are employed by virtue of their ability to perform consistent high-quality and professional work. However, if you are
unhappy with services provided to you, we will be happy to redo your service within ten (10) days from the date of your original service. Sas salon does not refund for services rendered.

Payments:
We accept payments by Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks with ID. Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are accepted in cash only. We can not accept gratuities on credit cards or checks.
 
Gift cards:
Our Gift Cards Make Excellent Gifts for All Occasions and are Excellent Gifts for Men, Women & Teens. Purchase a Gift Card for any of our services or products in dollar amount
increments.
 If you have received a Gift Card, please bring your Gift Card with you to your appointment. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable
 
Scheduling appointments:
We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. To ensure getting the times that are best for you, we recommend booking your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
